I have a 98 mustag gt and i bought a 5" auto gauge tach a while back. I need to know what the 3 blue and 1 brown wire are used for. I already connected the red, black, and green wires. Could the blue and brown wires be for the tach backlight?

I belive for all 96-98 Mustangs you need a tach adapter due to the car having 2 coil packs.
