Author Topic: HELP. THE LITLLE BUTTON ON SHIFTER STUCK Eddie510- CAFords OG Member # 2354 posted                              OK ITS A AUTOMATIC TRANS. ITS A 98 V6 MUSTANG. THE PROBLEM IS THE LITTLE BOTTON ON THE SIDE OF THE SHIFTER IS STUCK AND YOU CAnt PUT IT INTO ANY GEAR. SO BASICLEY YOU CANT DRIVE THE CAR BECUASE ITS STUCK ON PARK. IS IT A CABLE OR SOMTHING. PLS HELP. I had the exact same problem w/ my old 98 auto.
