Author Topic: Fuel pump problems??? Strike One ¯ Member # 918 posted                              Well last night I go to start my car after work and it starts but then dies immediately. I try to restart with no sound coming from the fuel pump. It will crank but not catch and turn over, so I am getting spark but seems like no fuel. I left it over night and then went back in the morning and tried again and it started fine! I dorve to the local shop to leave it while I went to work to see what was wrong with it. When I dropped it off, I tried starting it again and same thing happened, no sound of the fuel pump. I left it with them and they called and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Fuel pump is working, relay is okay, everything checked out. It starts again and everything. Also I am getting a code 95. Any ideas? Is my fuel pump nearing its end??? I know they said nothing is wrong but I don't want to be stuck again. It simply means you tried to start your car once before, but the fuel pump didn't turn on.
