about time to replace the my rear rotors and pads. So I wanted to go cross drilled for a different look. I am gonna do the fronts as well. What are some recomendations and experiences with yours? I am really not looking for a real high performance rotor.

As long as you don't Track day your car on a road course, they're great. Unfortunately the added stresses of racing cracks them fairly easily. You should replace your pads with EBC greens or Hawk HPS. Those are two great brake pads. I'd look into Brembo or Baer rotors. Stay away from Powerslot. I had a set before, and they're pretty crappy. They warp and crack really easily.

I have cross drilled/slotted rotors on my 93coupe. They came with the car. They are the stock size rotors. I don't know if the braking has improved over any other 5.0 I have ever owned with stock brakes, but it does "look" cool ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Yup stay away from powerslot. I am on my second set due to warpage. though they do have a good warranty, I got mine replaced for free. even with 5000 miles on them

Powerslots are a early 94-95 design so they have less webbing between the rotors to give it strength. I do however recommend a set of slotted rotors over drilled anyday. There is a much lower chance of getting stress cracks due to heat in a slotted design. Talk to Jeff over at http://www.discbrakesrus.com/ he sould be able to help you with all the info you need.

Okay, I have never actually used Powerslot. www.Tirerack.com usually has a good deal on Brembo rotors.

Thanks for the replies I will check into some of the links you all have posted. Brake pads also a couple were mentioned... thoughts on them or others?????
