Anyone on the board take apart an S-trim? Had a question which way the race goes on the bearing goes inside the front case(it sits behind the tensioner screw). Ears towards the pulley or towards the impellar? vortech wouldn't tell because of liability bullshit! Thanks.

Call Apex or Mustang Ranch, I am sure that they will be able to tell you. Are there any wear marks to indicate this, look for that. Good luck!!

You may also try calling some custom polishing shops. They usually take apart the blowers when doing the polishing so they may also know.
