See if you can hammer a large socket on the wheel lock....As long as the socket is stuck on there you can use a ratchet or a breaker bar to get it off....

i took my car to get tires put on for the first time and he asks me, "you got the key for the wheel locks?"
"nope"

10 seconds later the wheel was off...

sure opened my eyes as to how 'safe' wheels are even with locks...

like 945.0 said, just pound a socket on there and use an impact wrench or breaker bar and they come right off.

Yes. If you're worried about it, fill up your tire with air and drive it to the nearest tire/wheel shop, they'll do it for a small fee.
