Actually, it should be pretty easy. If a 4V motor will fit (they are actually wider than a 460) the a 5.0 will fit easy. Besides, the 99-03 Mustang is basically a re-skinned 94 which came with a 5.0.

I knew that but wasn't sure if Saleen has different or modified mounts. Thanks for the inputs.
