My car won't really idle.......sometimes it sorta does but it will die sometimes when just pushing the clutch in......

Also there is a check engine light on....but everything seems to be ok...as far as i can tell....

I got crane2031, and edelbrock heads put in.

What RPM does the car idlea at?
I just put that cam in Paul's Cobra & it idles steady at 650.
Pull codes & see what's in there. If the check engine light came on, it should have a stored code. To pull codes all you need is a piece of wire, a piece of paper, & a pencil.

Check for vacuum leaks first....Then I would suggest checking the TPS voltage too..(.998 at idle)...

If your getting a check engine light then yep, you probably got a code in there somewhere....I wouldnt try guessing, I would go straight to the code scanner...

Good luck....

There is no need to adust the TPS setting on 94/95 (possible '94+, I forget) cars. Every 5(if I remember right) engine starts, the EEC automatically "zeros" the TPS setting. Just make sure its under a volt and you'll be fine.

I agree with the pulling codes gig.
