I have an adjustible fuel preasure regulator and right now my fuel preasure is set at 35 while car is idling with vacume on..when i step on it it dips to about 30-31..is this ok? 24lb injectors edel heads trickflow intake 65mmthrottle body and 77pro m/ thanks for any help or sugestions.

Sounds a little low to me, but the only true way to know is to use a wide band O2 meter.

damm thats low..
jams that basterd up to 40-42psi and set your timing up to 14-15 degrees. [Wink]

Try setting to 39 with vacuum off. It should dip to about 31-32.

2 very diferent answers.. where should i be with vacume on at idle?

You have to set your fuel pressure with the vacuum line to the regulator disconnected. '35 psi with vacuum on at idle' means nothing unless we/you know how much vacuum your engine pulls at idle.
