when i start my car up my idle stays at around 1200 rpm then goes down to 1000 but by me lightly tapping the gas pedal goes down to 700 rpm what is my situation been like this for a awhile already cleaned my mass air once problem came back

Have you cleaned your throttle body? Sounds like it may help.

take off the idle control valve on the front of your trottle body. its the cylinder looking thing that has a plug going into it. Clean that with some chem tool or some cleaner, also check all your vaccuum lines.
