Good:
Better then stock
Can be used with weak valvesprings
Passes smog
Cheap

Bad:
Idle quality
Slow ramp-rates so there's a LOT of power left on the table.
Generic design (220/220 110LSA/110ICL) that only works OK with most combos. Hence the idle problems.
Not really ment for an EFI motor. Would work much better in a Carb setup.

nearly as magical as the B-303 cam.

any car I've listened to with the E-303 cam has a pretty sweet idle, IMHO. [patriot]

I think my idle sounds badass with it. i have had some problems with the idle but i don't think its because of the cam. I've felt the HP increase especially when i get up around 3,000RPMs it starts to pull a lot harder.

You could of gone with a TFS stage 1 or 2. Those are way better then the alphabet cams IMHO.

But anything is better than stock i say.
