I need a throttle body for my 94 GT and I'm having problems finding a decent one. I have/had a BBK 70mm but have had nothing but problems with the TPS with it. So I want a different company. I would have gone Accu-Fab but they don't make any for the 94-95 and they don't have plans to.

So who would you guys recommend? Gotta find something soon.

Ford Motor-Sports(FMS) make a 65mm, Good quality..I have a 70mm BBK, the quality sucks!!....You can convert to a 86-93 fox intake set up like the Saleen s351's have.. [Wink]

I have a polished stock TB you can have for cheap..

lol I would convert to the old style but I don't want to imagine the problems I would have trying it. I already have enough of an issue with clearance on most stuff... so much so I have had to yank my EGR due to spacing problems with the valve cover.

Also, wouldn't I need a new throttle cable because the distance change? I'm sure there would be many things I would have to change.. sigh.

Also, I'm not sure the 65mm is going to be enough for me once I get everything changed over.

What kind of problems are you having with the tps on the BBK (edelbrock too?) throttle body?

well when I put it on the TPS voltage goes WAY out of wack. Reads at 1.3x, so I thought it was the actual TPS that was bad and got a new one. I put that one on and dropped down to about 1.17 or so, but I couldn't get it to drop any lower than that.

I put the stock one back on and the TPS dropped to .91-.93 or so. So I'm thinking there is something wrong with the BBK (and yes it's also an Edlebrock) but so far no one, not even BBK, has been able to explain away these actions.
