My check engine light keeps coming on. I took it to autozone and this is what they told me:

Code 13 - Cannot Control RPM during low rpm test
Code 42 - EGO sensor indicates system rich
Code 33 - EGR valve (PFE & Sonic) not opening

So, what does all this mean and how do I fix it? I went to Five Star Auto Shop and they want $129 bucks before they'll even take a look at it. So any help would be greatly appriciated!

33- clean the EGR passages as the EGR valve gets filled with crap, also check the vacuum line going to it.

42- hmmm, rich? not super common. check fuel pressure, O2 sensors, wiring grounds, check exhaust and see if it's actually black. did they run the test at operating temp? if not you get all kinds of meaningless codes relating to rich/lean.

the other one? hmmm, dunno
