I am used to putting a 150-175 shot on my cars.... , in which case I toss in 2 stage colder plugs gapped at 32, and put my timing at 7-8 degrees. It has worked like a charm over the years for me. Ran well and gained 11 MPH with it. 10 degrees timing on pump gas too. 91 5.0 motor with 156k when I took it out.
