there is a guy on these boards that can help you...but i'm not saying names.
Your best bet might be be to find someone to overlook the visual...and dump your timing off to about 2-4*
get it really hot, and use the most octane you can stuff in it.
My old car almost passed w/ no cats, or smog pump.
Got it hot and used some of that "guaranteed to pass" stuff you can buy from pep boys or kragens.
