I have a '97 cobra vert, with a pacesetter h-pipe w/o cats, + 2 chamber flows, (excluding other mods.) How much of a difference would i notice with the bassani w/o cats? is it worth the price?

Unless your running forced induction the gain would be minimal. Less than 5hp. Not really worth it for the $$$.
