I need help on instaling my 5 Lug conversion on to my rear end of the car. i was thinking on doing it myself but wasnt sure. i dont want to mess anything up like gears or somthing. can any one tell me if it is hard to do the install? it is not disc in the rear, they are drumed. any help will be appreciated. thanx.

It is very simple just have to pull the c clips slide the axles out and put the new ones in with the new drums.

Very easy takes maybe an hour

To take the C clips out is not too bad. However there is a little special shouldered bolt that might have to come out not sure "it's been a while". The bolt is related to holding spider gears in place.

yup 5/16 or 8mm bolt with an extended end it holds the pin in that keeps the axles from tucking under load.

slide this pin out push on the axles in with the drums off and then go C clip fishing.

Get a strong magnet and some good long needle nose pliers other than that very simple.

The thing is this bolt has been known to strip!
