I think the most you can get out of a cleveland is 390 something CI. ive heard of the 427 windsor's every so often, so i know its possible. Whats a "good price" on a 351c block??

You're only goin' to see 427 ci. on the tall Windsor block. Not all 351 blocks can see that displacement. Check the deck height. You can run Windsor heads and intake on that block with some modifications to the water passages. Check the back of your motorsport catalog for directions. As a matter of fact check the back of the catalog to see how tall your block is(by year) and reference it to the bore/stroke capabilities of the blocks in there. It has plenty of info.

9.2 deck windsors are pretty rare. They were early blocks.

It will still go 427 tho

If you can come up on a cleveland block with 2 barrel heads, you have found a rare block! i have rebuilt a cleveland and you can get more power out of it than a windsor! much more!
