there is no carb certified x or h pipes available for california
only stock passes smog

Magnaflow makes a carb certified x pipe.

better make sure before u spend a thousand dollars
had customer who paid that,put it on,and would not accept it at referee station

As long as the carb # is on the cats it will pass ref? my buddy has the magnaflow carb certified pipe & passed ref with a right hand drive rx7 with a 5.0 swap

just going by what he said,on his paper of fix its from the ref,the ref did not recognize the carb eo,and its the same one as in the link
not my car,he has to deal with it
