I decided to sell my Mustang 5.0 convertible to finish up my 82 coupe..
CAR JUST PASSED STAR SMOG WITH FLYING COLORS!!
1991 Mustang 5.0
LX Convertible
Clean Title
White Body (Primer)
Black Top (Needs new top)
Mach 1 hood w/ Chrome Hood Pins
Special Edition wing w/ 3rd brake light
Chrome 96 Cobra rims in PERFECT condition
140mph gauge cluster
5 lug disc brakes front & back
327 rearend gears
Has a Styling Bar (Looks SEXY WITH TOP DOWN)
Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers with 3" tips
Lightly smoked LX Tail Lights
"CHP" front bumper haha
Lowering springs all 4 corners
FRESH shocks front & back, and fresh quad shocks
Kenwood CD Deck
Wired for subwoofers in trunk
I will include boot cover
It has a fresh 306 with fresh gaskets ALL around.. Less than 500 miles on it.. All stock except an E-303 Cam..
New water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, cap & rotor, etc.. FAT stock radiator.. New motor mounts..
It also has an R5 5 speed Cobra transmission.. Fresh clutch with less than 500 miles.. Short Shifter.. Adjustable clutch cable.. New transmission mount..
I also just put BRAND NEW O2 Sensors and MAP sensor.. Also just serviced the rearend less than 500 miles ago.. A9L computer..
Interior is Black.. Black leather rear seats & reddish/orange front racing seats.. 4 point harness on both passenger & drivers side.. Rear plastics were all re-wrapped in black leather less than a year ago.. Has cloth panels in trunk still.. **I HAVE BLACK LEATHER FRONT SEATS I CAN INCLUDE FOR EXTRA $$*
Car runs GREAT.. I have driven it from Menlo Park to Antioch to Gilroy & Back to Menlo Park again with NO problems at all.. NO heating issues, NO idle issues, NO mechanical issues, or anything..
Registration paid until May 2014!! JUST PASSED STAR SMOG WITH NO ISSUES!! SMOG STILL VALID FOR TRANSER/SALE
Now Im going to keep it real and list out ALL the bads..
-Top is ripped
-Needs paint
-Needs outer passenger side door handle
-Hood flew open so cowl is a lil dented in
-Drivers armrest is loose because its missing a pin
-Top motor doesnt work
-quarter windows motors are unplugged
I bought this car to fix it up for summer, but I would rather finish up my 82 ex-chp with the money..
The car is SUPER reliable. Turns heads everywhere even without a paint job. A little TLC will make this car great..
I want $3200 as is.. or $3000 without rims..
