Its an 87-88 because of the font for the words "Saleen Mustang" on the tach/speedo.
The housing may be from a later car though.

The later cars had only 'Saleen' in the windshield banner font.

trust me its for a 87-89 the saleen letters tells you everything i have a 87 saleen its the same heres a 90-93 cluster also the 200mph 87-89 only have 170mph

the picture you posted of the 200mph saleen cluster is not a 90-93,its a 87-89 housing
saleen did sell over the counter gauges to fit either year housings
the picture you posted is an 87-89 housing,not a 90-93..you couldnt put that cluster in any 90-93 car,it wont fit the dash and steering column

So, what we can deduct here is that it's a '90-'93 gauge cluster with '87-'88 Saleen speedo and tach. Saleen changed the script on their speedo and tach in '89 to just a single bold 'Saleen' (rather than 'Saleen Mustang'). As for the 200 MPH speedo, standard Saleens all got the 170 MPH speedo. Only the SSCs, SCs and SA10s got the 200 MPH speedo from the factory with the SA10s getting the white face style. However, all of the styles were available over the counter. Back to the OPs posting, a rare obsolete part and at a good price. TTT for you.
