I BOUGHT SOME HEADS OFF THIS GUY AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE ONLY 30K ON THEM AND WORKS PERFECT...SO I BOUGHT THEM. I TOOK THEM TO THE SHOP TO PUT EM ON BUT LUCKILY I SAID F IT LEMME TO TAKE IT TO THE MACHINE SHOP. TOOK IT THERE THEY SAID EVERY POSSIBLE PART ON THE HEADS WERE BAD. VALVE GUIDES, EXHAUST GUIDES ETC. I DIDNT HAVE HIS NUMBER TO CALL HIM BECAUSE I PUT THEM ON A MONTH LATER. I TRIED SEARCHING FOR HIS POST BUT THEN I DIDNT SEE 99/01 COBRA C HEADS LIKE HE POSTED. I SEEN A GUY WITH THE INTAKE FOR FOR THAT SAME YEAR. SO I HIT HIM UP AND I ALSO ASKED HIM IF HE HAS HEADS TOO AND HE KNEW THAT I BOUGHT THE HEADS OFF HIM. I TOLD HIM I REBUILT THE HEADS BECAUSE I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE AT THE MOMENT AND THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ILL GIVE HIM MY HEAD "THAT ARE STILL IN WORKING CONDITION" JUST NEEDS TO PUT ASSEMBLED AND HE SAID OK. 1HR LATER MADE SOME BULLSHIT ASS EXCUSE SAYING HE WONT REFUND ME CAUSE HE WANTS HIS ORIGINAL PRODUCT BACK. BITCH IM GIVING YOU FUNCTIONAL HEADS FOR THAT PRICE!!! FUCK THIS GUY HE WONT RESPOND TO MY CALLS OR TEXT NOW..ANYONE KNOW WHERE HE LIVES I WOULD BE GLAD TO KNOW SO I CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS UNFINISHED BUSINESS SINCE HE WONT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. IM SURE THE REST OF HIS PARTS ARE FUCKED AS WELL....FUCK THIS MOTHERFUCKER

Best thing would have been to agree to the purchase after the heads were inspected by a professional or a machine shop. That way there are no issues or no surprises afterwards.

Ok so now that we have gotten that wall of text out of the way.
I didn't know the heads were bad when I bought them, I never used them. At no point did I ever tell him I had used them, I said I thought they were good, and proceeded to tell him the same thing the guy i bought them off of told me.
I told him this morning that if he had called me when he found out they were bad and told me I would have been willing to buy them back off of him.
However he went ahead and paid to have them fixed and put on his car ANYWAYS.
Usually when a product is bad you return it and ask for your money back. You don't use it anyways and then try to blackmail money out of the Seller down the road.

OP you should have found his number.. He had no idea they didn't work as he bought them and never installed them. You got them for 300 bucks, and knew the condition.
IF when the machine shop checked them out and told you that you should have waited, for all the seller knows you're trying to scam him out of a set of heads.. Maybe the machine shop scammed you by telling you that so then they could make some money..
See where I'm getting at?? To many variables.. And you saying you're going to go "pay" him a visit lol. Seriously?? You willing to make threats and show up to his house and probably go to jail over 300 bucks?? Not to mention your ability to wait and call him before hand??

The point is that you should have waited until you found his number bro. You don't say, hey refund my money and I'll give you my junk heads.. Again for all he knows you are trying to get your 300 back and sell him junk heads when indeed the other heads would have been fine, but instead your machine shop said they need to replace EVERYTHING.. With a car that had 30k miles on it?? Guides and seals don't go out in 30k miles..

I suggest the language be toned down a bit as this thread will be locked and the OP will be banned from this site (just a suggestion..keep it clean..I am not a MOD, but I see it already coming and am hoping you guys work this out like adults beforehand).

Actually the machine shop is a friend of my friend. And he took my heads there from his shop (Advanced Auto) to that machine shop. Therefore they wouldn't screw me. over
