How many miles are on the shocks. I heard Koni's were rebuildable. Are these?

These were on a car for approx 5k miles. yes they are rebuildable and have a lifetime warranty from koni. I have the receipt for them as well for the warranty.

Any reason that these would not work on an SN95? I have heard of people running Fox struts/shocks on newer cars, but just wondered if you know what that entails...

Yes they do work on the sn95 cars. Used fox ones on my 94gt when I had it. I did post them as fitting 79-95 in the actual post but not the header,sorry
