Shit, I'm looking for one too. I found a company on eBay that has a bunch of em that run just under $50 shipped with bolts and gaskets.

They should be the same. Check that eBay link I sent you, they had a couple and I think one said Cobra in the title.

As I remember the cobra intake with the spacer requires 2 bolts that are longer than the gt-40 needs. So if you get the gt40 kit to use with the cobra intake (even though the spacer is the same) you will still need to locate the longer bolts for the center.
