Only takes about 40 to 60 minutes they are not that bad to change compared to some cars out there today.

saw them do this build a while back... sick ass car....i still laugh at the rear rims and tires... like they help much lol.

Don't worry about getting to those low plugs, I change mine from the top.
Here is my 03 ZX3R with 01' 32V Cobra engine, otherwise similar setup
