This is for a friend, but this truck was mine and all the work done was when i had it so i figured id post up for him.
The truck is a 1987 ford ranger Ex cab, interior is tan, but could use a good cleaning, but better than most 87 interiors.
now for the goods-
truck has a swapped in OHV 4.0 form a 2000 explorer(truck is in california, and the swap is fully legal and passed by a referee station, has the barcode on the door sill)
swapped in NEW auto tranny from the same year explorer
8.8 inch rearend with DISC BRAKES
6 inch skyjacker lift with 33x12.50 dunlop mud rovers on 15x10 american racing wheels
class 3 hitch
4.10 gears
and much more as far as cd player, amp, new 5x7's, all around good truck. The motor between the donor truck and now in the 87 has prob between 60-70k on it, i got it from a truck when it had 40k miles on it.
He was asking 4k for the truck- he is NOW ASKING 2,500. That is a screamin deal, i would buy it back if i had the room, and i didnt already have 2 rangers!pm me for questions, or email him direclty at rizznob1@hotmail.com or me a tuklugs@hotmail.com --
truck is located in Napa california, im sure we could work out some deals to meet half way or something if anyone from other states are interested.
