The 10 holes have tires in good shape. One tire is a little low on air from sitting.
Black in color w/ caps.
The turbines are in great shape with great tires. caps included.

ttt someone come get these,there taking up space.
There great for driving,rolling a chassis,paint shop rollers, etc.
