I have a 89 mustang 5.0 vert... It has a good amount of power... I have never been to the track to run my car, so I do not know what it will run. I have a sn90 helmet, autopower 4 pt. roll cage ( bolt-in) and a driveshaft safety loop but the loop is not in the car at this time.. is my car cool to run?seat belts?
ps my back window and rear side windows are tinted is that cool..or

depends on what times it runs but for 11 you need a safety loop, 4pt cage, helmet and 5pt saftey harnesses. and a battery kill switch. extended wheel studs and a nuetral saftey swuitch

If it's all stock you won't even need the helmet.
If you run under 13.50 you'll need one plus a roll cage.

Chris,

You only need the loop if you run stickys. I wouldnt worry about the helmet or the roll bar because you probably wont run any faster than 15s.J/K
