Sounds like some heat. Granatelli has always been a drama queen in the industry and has very little respect amoung his peers.

yes i know this, but he has a check, ready to send, john will not get a check ready, only wanting cash at the race, jr will have to build a car, then when john flakes jr has built a car for nothin
so far jr can back up his bullshit with his check, and john wont set the deal in stone, so i am liking jr right now because he has the balls to put the money upfront right now

Johns car has already been in the 6.90's @ 200+ at the PSCA Finals. The car seemed pretty consistent at the race before that also. His RT at the light is good enough to win rounds. JR's new car isnt gonna go 6's @ 200 plus off the trailer. But I've seen JR race before and he can drive. He knows what it takes but I still give the edge to John. Both cars better have a heavy duty cooling system. Someone is gonna get burned down at the tree.
