What is the difference between Grudge Night and Test and Tune?

grudge night is mobbed. you get 2-3 passes, test-n-tune usually much more open, up to around 10

It depends on the grudge night. I've been there and made 15 passes and some only 3. Same can go for TNT. Grudge night is side by side racing and you can set up races with people. TNT is generally solo passes unless it's crowded and they need to pick up the pace.
