I'm reconsidering getting 3.73's and thinking about going 4.10's... Now, if I do make this upgrade (I need to slow down on the FWY anyway ), am I going to have to get slicks/drag radials for the dragstrip too? I understand that I'll have a greater propensity to spin the wheels on my launches, but will my ET/MPH suffer??
Also, what MPH would I be running at in 5th gear @2500 RPM?? @3000 RPM?? (for both gears.. Is there like a chart somewhere?? It's for my '00 GT...)
Thanks a mil, ~Brian

Shouldnt need to get slicks just because you get 4.10's vs 3.73. Ive driven Justins car a few times with the 4.10's, and its awesome... nothin but good..

I have 3.73's in my car and i really like them. If you are a daily driver i wouldnt go over 3.73's.

From what I've heard, 3.73's in a 5.0 are about the equivilant of 4.10's in a 4.6, but I am probably wrong [ June 17, 2002, 01:35 AM: Message edited by: White02GT ]
