Drove the stang to my office in Santa Clara this morning for a quick thing I had to take care of. One the way home on Montague Expressway, I see a cop coming up behind me pretty quick. I'm in the middle lane heading towards 680. He's in the fast lane and goes into the left turn lane. As soon as I'm just about to pass him, he comes back into the fast lane and gets behind me...I'm thinking, GREAT.
A couple lights up, I'm about 10th car in line for the light and he has plenty of space ahead of him. He rolls up slowly next to me, I roll down my tinted window and look over. He gives me a thumbs up and jumps into the turn lane and goes left.
It's good to see there are PD officers out there that can appreciate work you put into your car especially if it's stuff that MIGHT not necessarily be street legal.

Ive been in downtown Stockton now for 2 days doing jury duty and have seen lots of cops funny they always turn to look when I drive by but not sure if it admiration or they'd like to pull me over LOL!

I'm in a fox I get no problems I always get people and cops telling me stories about their fox or when they had one, cops ask what's done to mines.... ooh it's stock with exhaust parts hahhaha, the hell I look like telling on myself. well now it's a dead give away I have off road pipes since you can smell the exhaust glad I went with dynomax mufflers shit gets quiet real quick with none of that exhaust rumbling.

ive had CHP tell me to gun it, had to yell back at him n ask " you not going to pull me over" shook his head so i punched it. lol probably in his 30's african american CHP
had another CHP pull me over fr tinted headights popped my hood open (no cats, vented valve covers) and was disappointed i wasnt supercharged cool guy, said he had a few audi with ton of boost. def new what he was talking about ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

I've gotten thumbs up from local cops in SF and in CHP.
CHP pulled me over off 92E in my 05 GT, he said he pulled me over for no front plate, but wanted to see the car up close. It had H&R springs, black bullitts, bassani X Pipe, Borla Cat back, tinted windows, 1/4 window louvers, and a GT500 wing.
SF pulled me over in my 03 Cobra (tinted windows, tinted tail lights, tinted headlights, H&R slrings, bassani long tubes, bassani off road, bassani cat back.) those cops wanted to hear my blower whine. One of them had a 95 Cobra R with the removable hard top.
