I just got an 01 GT Vert with Auto...she's my cruiser. Of course the first and probably only mod will be the exhaust ( my old lady will kill me if I spend any more money ) lmao. I'm sticking with the stock headers , mid pipe and cats.... With that being said what would be the best sounding Catback for her? I'm think Borla S type which is pricy or Flowmaster American Thunder which is somewhat cheaper...thanks guys.

Yes it is. Has stock headers and stock h pipe. Just magnaflow magnapacks.

For "muffler" only magnapacks - hands down.
However I went with a Mac ORH afterwards and it was too much. I went full chamber magnaflows with the mid pipe and it was perfect.

Getting the Magnapacks installed on my 96 cobra was the best thing I have done to this car...
They sound awesome.

So I ended up going with a Borla S Type Catback system. The exhaust sounds really good and the car has a little more get up and go. It's like the Catback woke up my sleeping New Edge. Got it installed in Antioch off of A st. Those guys are great , highly recommend.
