Anyone drive one? Worth the $10-12k?
Seen a black one putting around SF sounded pretty cool such a little car with a V8. Dude said he got it BAR'd and smogs like any other car..

One of those cars that's been lost in the shuffle lately. I know they've embarrassed many vehicles on and off track but I don't know the value of one.
Been curious for awhile about the fuel economy as a daily driver since the car weighs so little?
I also like the 3rd gen rx7 V8 swap ![[burnout]](graemlins/burnout.gif)

If bar'ed I'd say they're worth $10-15k if nicely modded, ie: suspension, brakes, etc.

If you can, find one that was able to shoehorn in power steering. I didn't think it would be a big deal to not have it, but after driving one around town for a bit it was no longer a fun car to drive and became a workout.

My buddy in his pullied 04 Cobra got suckered into racing one a few years back, Lets just say we thought his Cobra stalled on the highway in the middle of the race.
