I'm a Niner's fan and guys like this don't deserve a third chance. He should be treated like any other criminal and should serve his full sentence in a state prison not county. I hope they cut his ass there is no need for people like that in professional sports. They should be more accountable for their actions than the regular citizen. Politicians,public service workers and professional athletes should be held more accountable for their actions than they are.

I was never a huge fan of Garcia but he wasn't that bad of a QB. I don't remember how many playoff games he won for SF. I do remember that Giants upset. The Giants got their payback with the very costly kyle Williams fumbles ![[Frown]](frown.gif)
