I know alot of us were watching yesterday as the lions took on the cowboys. so we all saw the pass interference call but the flag got picked up. This was fucked, we as fans have all seen our teams get served wrongly and it always has a negative outcome on the game. I strongly feel the nfl should put in a new rule that each team be awarded 1 reviewable ref challenge per game. Its just not cool our teams play all year to get to this point and then have a bad call potentially end the season.

The game had horrible calls left and right,what about the penalty for running into the kicker the lions got but Dallas didn't ![[Confused]](confused.gif) my team suffered from it horribly the first half..the Lions still had the lead and a chance at the win,that call was NOT the game changer the Lions had PLENTY of chances to ice the game and couldn't produce,honestly Hitchens wasn't in the wrong he did not interfear at all in my opinion had his back to Stafford and in the process was grabbed by the face mask and that's not gonna ever be discussed,lions fans can cry it up blah blah blah,my Boys handled buisness!! Rules won't change neither will the game politics,the refs are human and make mistakes,I feel they should be calling a lot less bs calls but they see what they see can't change it gotta play by the rules and come out with the W..Good luck in Seattle I think the Panthers are gonna pull it off

Of course a cowboys fan would say that it was a good no call, I dont write the rules but in every way the rules are written you could either call it pass interference or illegal contact either way would and should have resulted in a lions first down, plus no flag for idiot dez bryant running on the field. Sure the refs are never gonna get it perfect but again there is a political side to the league. BAD CALLS RUIN football and a teams season......another example 9ers vs hawks in seattle this year the refs awarded the hawks a first and goal after a horrible roughing the passer was called next play touchdown instead of a field goal attempt. this completely changed the game and directly the season for the 9ers OH YEAH I"M A LIFE LONG HAWKS FAN

the thing I can't stand is the unnecessary roughness calls just like last year in the NFC championship game against seattle. Whitner got called for a hit on a defense less receiver when he took out their tight end but lead with his shoulder and hit his shoulder pad. Calls like that should be available to review those are too fast to catch with the human eye.

sic9250 you mean your hoping the panthers beat the hawks obviously so yuor boys can potentially host the champ game! obviously the panthers have a chance to win in seattle but we will see heres my pick hawks 24 panthers 13 I would love to see your boys gets past the pack , trust me there will be no 3rd and 19 conversion against the hawks d this time if they do GO HAWKS!!!

Are you serious. The guy didn't turn his head to play the ball. That plus contact is an easy pi call. I agree yall should have got the kicker call as well.

You see shotime, your Seattle team is nothing like the 9ers or Cowboys. They're just a one hit wonder team. Cowboys are a dynasty, so are the Steelers, Patriots and 9ers. lol my team went years before there first superbowl a dynasty they are not and for that matter if a team can earn being called a dynasty they should also lose
that title! your raiders were what i conisder a dynasty team but that team is long gone!!!! the hawks have been one of the most competitive and consistent teams in the last 10 years and still counting! GO HAWKS!!!!!

That pick up of the flag really exposed a lot. Trust me, you won't see that again!
When romo ran backwards I knew something was fishy, he had the whole left side to run for a first down and didn't. That set up the fied goal instead of a touch down. Then they're heros coming from behind.
Then with 6 min left in the game and the bad calls against the lions started I said to a buddy watch this, the score will be 24-20. He said bs and I said 100 on that and cashed in. It's all about the point spread and hundreds of millions to the casinos.
Side note, when did you ever see a hawks hat, jersey etc. on anyone besides the last 3-4 years? Fans....yeah right lol !!!

As a semi Cowboys fan I will be the first one to say that call reversal was complete bullshit no way that wasn't PI but hey the Lions didn't have to lose a fumble in the fourth either.

Yes I'm serious lol Hitchens had his back turned to the QB and played face defense,he threw his hands up and drew the contact, the ball hit him in the back,how can you play on a ball you don't see coming
how is a ball that hits you in the back your fault and again nobody's talking about the face mask Pettigrew had on Hitchens during the play at all,again lots of missed calls and shitty flags thrown that game,especially the OPI on Williams now that was BS! Detroit still had 4th down and a final drive to handle there buisness and couldn't! All the Cowboys Haters can eat it up the predicted "Worst team in the NFL 2014" is now onto the NFC divisional playoff game lol Cowboys FTMFW! BeatGB!

It doesnt matter who's fault it is brother. That the rules, you have to play the ball. If you dont turn your head and there is contact its automatic PI.
From the NFL rule book:

Pass Interference
There shall be no interference with a forward pass thrown from behind the line. The restriction for the passing team starts with the snap. The restriction on the defensive team starts when the ball leaves the passer’s hand. Both restrictions end when the ball is touched by anyone.
The penalty for defensive pass interference is an automatic first down at the spot of the foul. If interference is in the end zone, it is first down for the offense on the defense’s 1-yard line. If previous spot was inside the defense’s 1-yard line, penalty is half the distance to the goal line.
The penalty for offensive pass interference is 10 yards from the previous spot.
It is pass interference by either team when any player movement beyond the line of scrimmage significantly hinders the progress of an eligible player of such player’s opportunity to catch the ball. Offensive pass interference rules apply from the time the ball is snapped until the ball is touched. Adower,it's a good argument either way,I am a little biased no doubt but I do know the game and I feel it was BS the ref went back on a thrown flag/decision that's not legit, once it's called it should be in stone unless a challenge has been in play and it's turned over, I don't feel it was a PI though and Pettigrew had 110% fingers wrapped around the face mask! Even Stevens you ask me...ball shoulda been thrown better o and a no fumble woulda helped,or a stop of Dallas on there final drive,or stoping Dallas's run game in the 4th,there were PLENTY reasons why Detroit lost,again they had there shot and Dallas was the better team,that play did not make the game...
