If your a professional nutritionist perhaps you can help me.
Can cholesterol be reduced if you boil red meat until fully cooked, shredded, and rinse it under running warm water?

no, cholesterol is stored in the fats and tissues of the body (animal or human). if youre worried about the cholesterol in your food you probably shoudnt be eating red meat as it is...

Easy on the guy fellas geez. If your trying to eat beef and avoid all that bad fat eat flank steak its high in mono and poly unsaturated fat that help lower cholesterol.

I think this is a homework question because it's worded like a trick question.
I am not 100% sure but you can't directly reduce actual cholesterol by boiling meat. You can indirectly reduce cholesterol by reducing saturated fat (boiling the meat and removing the fat that eventually hardens) which will help decrease LDL levels in the body.
