Things clean has a 408 stroker I belive with a pro charger its on craigslist with a bit more details a little high for 13k but I think he could pull 8k has suspension done up I think....

if its got a procharger+suspension+fuel system and a 408 stroker aluminum heads etc. etc and is built right.... 13k is not outlandish

Both of his cars are overpriced but he's asking what he's asking so more power to ya. I say this one is worth 8-9k and his 84 is worth 5-6.5k. These are fox bodies as clean as they are they are old as fuck and beat to death you can't take away age you can only hope to fix and hide an hinder any more damage to occur
