I'm thinking of swaping 4.6 sohc in fox is it worth? What do I have to do to make the swap? Would it be smog legal?

not really if you swap it you might as well put something better than a sohc motor you will need a motor, k member, motor mounts, computer, wiring, bell housing and other misc parts

Maybe a PI 4.6L engine would be maybe....and emphasize the maybe. Do a rebuild and, cram forged internals if you have the money. . A nice DOHC, or ??5.4L?!! Navi. With a blower.! That'd be nice! And not too common. Be different. But being different comes at a price (if its too unique then problems, and gremlins would be a tad harder to track down) go with a teksid.

unless you spent alot of crazy money on a pi4.6 sohc like cams heads forged internals boost or nitrous then it is worth it but by the time ur done ur better off getting a dohc or ls1
