i got a few friends at chevron right now but there saying ima have to wait till dec..and i feel like im buggin them every other day askin about the job so im just tryna see what i can do on my own ![[Frown]](frown.gif) ..thanks for the links dan

try the longshoreman union. i used to go on the ports of oakland for my old job all the time. one of the guys at a specific port always told me to get into it because they paid 80k starting out and there was a shortage of people my age actually working with your own hands since it seems people hate to actually do labor now days. i wish i actually knew how to get in lol. when it came around that to get on the ports you needed a TWIC thousands of guys lost their positions because i guess it used to be the only union that hired felons up till you needed a TWIC. but this was like 3 years or so ago. i still have not found another job that actually requires having one.
