this looks like the same red vert i saw getting pulled over on 580 east on friday afternoon. it was getting pulled over by an all white chp crown vic and the cop was being hella careful to make sure this guy didnt have an opportunity to run. well he swerved across to the 164th ave exit at the last minute and the cop freaked out n followed. thats the last i was able to see. not sure if he really did run or what else happened

It was flipped over when I passed by it the first time. When I drove passed it again 10 mins later they had it upright.
