This is in Saudi Arabia. Most of these teenagers are under drugs and doing stunts in stolen/rental cars, and they usually die in a stunt accident.
Their stupid stunt videos (I said stupid because drifting in a fwd car is stupid) are all over the internet, some of them are not for the faint of heart.
