There has been a few guys running stock motored foxbodys at Sac Raceway runnin 13.1's.It is possible.I think one of em is a member here.

They had a few bolt ons,but i remember a while ago there was a dude with cold air,pulleys,short belt,exhaust,gears,electric fan,slicks and skinnies runnin low 13's.

Yes I do believe with full bolt ons, some suspension, an slicks/skinnies. It can go 13.s
