Just got my court decision in the mail today - NOT GUILTY!!! Got caught doing 52 in a 35 in December, it was a righteous bust, but I weaseled out of it. Damn I'm going to paypal that guy 25 bucks.

Didn't pay anything - it's just free advice. They tell you about how a Trial By Declaration works, which the court system doesn't want you to know. But it's your right.
They say if you win your case, consider donating $25 to help other people, so I did.

ticket assassin is a big hype...why pay 25 bucks for "delay your trial date and do a trial by declaration" if that help anyone send me 25 bucks
I beat a 96 in a 55 in person with the chp officer there... I was on radar and I was paced according to him...

So does that mean it doesn't go on your record at all? without even going to traffic school? I just got popped for doing 50 in a 35 and I want to try out this "trial by declaration" what happens if they still find you guilty? can you still go to traffic school?

So did they refund your money, because in order to do Trial by Written Declaration, you have to pay the fine up front.
