Topic: forza 3 hotlap competition anybody?

any interest in a hotlap competition? basically build and tune a car for a certain pi index and the run it on a certain track on your own, and then post your fastest lap time and the fastest lap wins.
if people prefer we can post a pic of the tv showing the car and the lap time so there will be no discrepancy's, also if you pull a personal best in it it will show on the leaderboards.
i will donate a datsun 510 BRE #85 replica, painted and tuned by me and 50,000cr to the winner if anybody else wants to donate we can do 2nd and 3rd prizes and so on
rules will be:
:must have a PI index of B500 or lower
:car will be a 1993 cobra r
:track will be maple valley, full forward version
so get to building, tuning and driving, post times here fastest lap by the deadline wins. ![[burnout]](graemlins/burnout.gif)

fine with me, are you down for that track? we can change anything you guys want, and the ring dosent take any more skill its more of a speed track, if you want something to test skill try one of those new Japanese tracks that i cant think of the name.
and remember this is a hotlap deal so you will take your car into free run and then into hotlap and then pick your track, then you run on your own and just record your best time, once your time is recorded on here you can still better any time you like until the comp ends.

yeah its only about 25 euro to actually race it since its open to the public. only bad thing is that you have to deal with a lot of lap traffic. but i imagine that it is intense to just be on that track.

I'm down for Nur... or Fujimi Kaido.
and the lap time should only count with NO faults...
are we doing a single hot lap? from a dead stop? or a best lap after a few warm up laps?

usually you can hotlap as many times as you like but whatever im game either way... but a few laps is about all i can stand on nurb anyways LOL ive ran fuji a few times so far, that track is pretty crazy, fuji would get my vote but ill go with what ever.

ok just ran 2 laps of of fuji in the 93 cobra b500 class, i dive with manual trans and abs only, i got 8:54.059 so far and #1391 on the hotlap leaderboards so far, can anybody beat it? ![[Razz]](tongue.gif)
