in case you didnt know, on channel 5 prime time this coming sat on strikeforce..brett rogers will upset the mma world by dethroning the last emperor, fedor emelianenko giving him his first legit loss.
here is the main card:
-Fedor Emelianenko (30-1; #1 Heavyweight) vs. Brett Rogers (10-0)
-Jake Shields (23-4-1; #3 Welterweight) vs. Jason "Mayhem" Miller (22-6) -> shields by submission
-Gegard Mousasi (26-2-1) vs. Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou (7-4) - mousasi by submission
-Fabricio Werdum (12-4-1) vs. Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva (13-1) - bigfoot by tko

Im rollin with venomous99. I think Rogers is gonna do some DAMAGE to emelianenko. Its the first up and coming fighter emelianenko has faced in a long time. All he's been fighting is a buch of washed up UFC Vets. Rogers By KO!!! Sheilds by Submission. GO ROGERS!!! ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

and shields it's going to make it to far in the 185 class... look what happens against robby.. he was getting his ass worked till robby made a miss take and shields pull one out of his ass! love him at 170, but at 185 he is way to small.

not so much of a rogers fan, i just think the time is now for fedor to step down and if he absorbs those punches like he did w/ AA against rogers it should be a early night.
i dont think shields can do much at 170 either..his stand-up is far too suspect and his only chance to do damage is if he gets the fight to the ground. hes having a good win streak now but thats partly due to being in a weak division outside of the UFC. put him up against thiago alves and see his ass get torn a new one.

Is anybody watching the free CBS strikeforce on TV. When they're fighting it gets pretty blurry. Is it my tv or what? When I push format on the panny remote it says H-fill and on the directv format says 1080i + original format. Thanks

fedor was get pummeled on the ground and the first round. It should have been stopped right there but they gave him xtra time to recover. Rogers got knocked down and was not getting hit and they stopped the fight. Rogers should have been given more time to defend himself. It's not liked he was out cold. Lesnar would whoop fedors ASS!
