Aye wassup? Any body got some pics of Maaco paintjobs? Im doin bodywork myself, and doin as mucuh prep as I can, then Ima get the 800 dollar paintjob. I hear the one in fremont is good. I just wanna see some pics.

Was thinking about dropping my fox off to get a cheap repaint.. Its white so its more forgiving.. What color are you trying to get yours?

someone here has a hook up and has pics of his maaco paint. And it came out really good. Key to maaco is remove your won pieces and do prep yourself if you can.

Fuck macco put a real paint job on a stang! There is body shops out there that will just spray a car for a grand if you have it all prepped! Macco= orange peal city and never shinny!

Trust me, I would get a real paintjob,but I have no money. Im still a teen and its hard to get a good job and my mom is willing to help me out with it. I was going to paint it red, because its originally laser red. OR paint the door jambs satin black (rattle can) and then do a cheaper color.

i got this done there about 3 yeare ago we did the prep and removed all the parts that i didn't want paint on lol

Yup, my dad just had his '32 Ford squirted at the Maaco at Concord and we got it back a few weeks ago. They did a great job! Go talk to Marsha the owner. She's real cool! My dad is one of those 'pain in the ass' customers and she never even batted an eye. My dad has had this car in storage for 47 years and we just did a ground up starting in late '08. If you want more pics of the paint, let me know. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Wrong I got a paint job from maaco no orange peel did not have to prep and that was over 5 years ago and I still can compete on paint jobs with most on this site Of course it wasn't a 800 $ paint more like 2800

Here's the latest car I sent to Maaco...
I've seen $3k+ jobs by supposed "professional" painters on here that didn't come close to this $400 job.
