Topic: Anyone do Crossfit?

I was recently turned on to this and been researching it. I am gonna jump on board next month. Just wondering if anyone else does it or tried it. I am gonna try to shred myself down to cruiser-weight so I can fight in that weight class.

I just started, ass kicken. Where do you live? There is two good ones that i know of in the bay and the one i go to is in Rancho Cordova
