What is the truth about prop 8....

I had a attorney professor teaching contracts, who by the way is a tree hugging democrat and was boasting about letting his 16yrs old and his kids buddies drink at his Santa Cruz hills estate. Yes, the other parents apperently are cool with that too [dance] It is a hippy thing I guess.


Anyhow he was explaining how if California Constitution acceps the word marriage between straight and gay couples it would by law potentially force any entity serving under CA to accept it too. He said a Church would have to marry themm or loos their church rights and even schools would have to honor it loose funding. He named some cases currently in legal appeals to force churches and grammer schools to honor and endorse.


What is the truth on prop 8?
