think its just headers and an oil pan. I have mine sitting in there but havent fired it up. Everything seems to fit just fine. Oh and intake.

and how hard is it to find a lighting lower?..im not a big fan of carb [Big Grin]

Actually it's very easy to find. You're not tied to a L lower either, there are plenty of aftermarket intakes for W's now.
